People often ask me why I return to the island of Menorca every year, but for me it’s just a natural. With the exception for last summer where I broke my tradition due to my thirst for newfound land. Here is why I return to this island year after year:
With a front line seat on a beach like this…
…and beautiful shallow bays like these…
…contrasting with moon-like landscapes in the North of the island…
…along with white washed villages like Binibeca…
…with the likely chance of seeing these fella’s at least once at night munching on mosquitos…
…oh and possibility of hearing the scratching of this guy strolling along the road…
…take me back, please…
…as well as the opportunity to visit numerous stunning beaches…
…or even staking some money on the traditional trotting races…
…or for a more traditional experience you can attend a Menorquin fiesta and touch a horse’s heart for good luck…
…but do not forget to pay a visit to the prehistoric ‘la taula’ stone…
…by the way can you tell Menorca is known for it’s crystal clear waters?…
…just in case you do not believe me…
…so now can you see why I always return ‘home’!
